Rule 40
Amount payable in advance
If the committee deems it appropriate, a creditor for a bond may pay all or part of the amount payable to the committee by increasing the amount specified in the due date as advance payment. From time to time, the corporation may increase the amount of the payment period and pay interest on the amounts that are given immediately, without increasing it to 5% per annum, at the rate agreed upon by such creditors and the committee.
